I would think so. Also, as far as I know, no one has received a journal offer yet. So it's not like you're being left out.

What do you even mean by this? If you committed an honor violation or something and got caught then yeah you'd probably have heard about that, but if your submission was just marked as not being in good faith then no you wouldn't have.

Yea, idk what you mean by DQ. If you failed to meet a procedural req or were charged with an honor code violation, you would probably know, but that would probably "DQ" you from the entire process and all journals.

If you just turned in shit and won't write on, or were top 5% and didn't meet the good faith effort requirement, they aren't going to specifically tell you.

I thought I was procedurally DQ'd, but guess not.

The comittee would probably let you know. Did you turn it in late or just something minor? I'm also not sure how you would just now be finding out.

Oh I can believe it. In my experience WUSTL and deadlines weren't meant for one another

I'm hoping it means that 2L's killed it and the 3L final cutoffs will drop or at least not raise.

They are taking their time sending out the information though.

Yea, I think he means that it is higher than it normally is.

It really isn't THAT far out of line though, looking at the prior years: https://law.wustl.edu/registrar/pages.aspx?id=6349

What I am most surprised about, and looks like it may be more rare (although it is harder to tell) is that top 10% jumped .03.

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Maybe LLM's transferring to JD's? Also, I know one person was suspended last semester and returned, so that person may be one.

No, there are actually a pretty fair number of new people who transferred in.
