Awe shucks, my status just changed to "Your file is awaiting committee review". *Fingers crossed*
Two hours later and now my file is being reviewed.

Mine has been on "file is being reviewed" since 10/15. From LSN it looks like people with fee waivers are hearing back within days. It doesn't look like anyone else has been accepted.

If you've got a fee waiver and your numbers are at or around the median, I wouldn't be suprised if you hear before the end of the week

Doing better than me! Someone saw my GPA and put it in the stack of endless waitlistedness.

Anyone think they'll send out a last batch of acceptances tomorrow before the holiday or are they already on Thanksgiving break too?

Re: University of Georgia School of Law
I wish but today is the last day of school for most GA public schools so if ya don't get it today it seems like you'll probably be waiting until after the break . On LSN there are a good number of people who didn't hear back until 15 days or so. It's going to suck waiting this long and then not even get accepted lolwwarren wrote:I'm certain we'll get our acceptances by Wednesday!

1- Does anyone know how portable a UGA law degree is?
2- Does anyone know how likely a 1L chances are at receiving a paid summer associate position during their first summer?

1- Shows employment statistics and whre graduates chose to practice. You have to remember most people at GA probably desire staying in GA or southeast in particular.fergi85 wrote:1- Does anyone know how portable a UGA law degree is?

Re: University of Georgia School of Law
I didn't have to send a certification letter b/c I applied online. Yes, all apps won't go complete until they receive your report.jennylynn wrote:Did you go complete once they received your report and certification letter?
