100% sure I'm going. I work full time at a great job so transferring is out of the question, and UH offers part-time and environmental law (I'm an environmental engineer). There's no question that this is where I want to go.

99% sure. 2013 employment numbers seem to be slightly better than 2012.

Where's everyone living? Think Calhoun is worth the price?

Re: Houston Class of 2017
my friends in Calhoun are really happy they can just roll out of bed, but plan to stay just for 1L really. I am off campus and have no problems, neither do the others who live out. I splurged on garage parking to spare myself the pain, but if you are an early riser parking isn't too bad in the main commuter lot. Don't plan good parking spots if you like to show up 5 min to class though

To those who went to the ASD, how was it?
I'm also thinking about living in Calhoun. Seems very convenient.

Does anyone here need housing in Houston? I found something that can be reasonable between $800-1200. You can do a 9, 10, or 12-month lease, so if you don't want to stay in Houston during the summer, that's okay. PM me for details!

Hey y'all. Just checking in. Congrats on choosing UHLC! I am a current 3L at UH, if you have any questions. I was on the fence about attending originally, but I am definitely glad I decided to attend Houston. It is a great school.
