I just got accepted last week. Pretty quick turnaround.

I think someone would have to be crazy to not seriously consider the Ruby. I'm still going to go to ASWs and give other schools a chance, but I can't think of circumstances that make the Ruby a particularly difficult choice.

As far as I know, there is no information on TLS suggesting that you can defer a Ruby. But of course your best option is to email or call them and ask.
