I don't think this is right-mine is May 2, and my scholarship definitely wasn't primarily (if at all) need-based. I think it depends on when you received the scholarship (I got mine early April).

+1 I'm pretty sure it just depends on when you received the scholarship. Everyone that received an initial offer recently should have May 2.
