Interesting that you were able to convince of an increase in need-based. I think need-based was similar for me. I had to go back and forth for awhile to explain my circumstances (coming from extreme hardship). It helped with my offer as well, I think. The need access form is absolutely horrible for people with unusual circumstances.

St. George in Staten Island. About a 50 minute commute by bike and ferry. Just closed on a two bedroom to move in July. Very excited.
