Yep! I was accepted today but like you said, I don't know if that's indicative of them being in the office today.

It looks like the NYC meet up is this weekend but nothing has been settled yet. You should get approved soon though if you sent the request over the weekend.

It might be some of the 2/3L ambassadors that are doing the adds. I wonder how it's being done, my name on FB is not legitimate lol, though it is synonymous. I think they're just assuming that anyone asking to join the group has been accepted.

lol yeah I hardly doubt it matters. Also, if red-cup-in-hand pictures are supposedly bad for someone 21+, then I definitely need to destroy any remnants of my fb.

I got my Harvard email account! Oh god, I feel so official right now. First FB acknowledged me, now a .jd17.law.harvard.edu account. I guess that JS2 actually happened!

Time to check out ASW! Eeek!

The ASW links (schedules) seem to not be working. But very cool to browse through the other stuff and have an email account that ends in Harvard

Do we know when 1L orientation is? Does it start on 2 Sep (first day of 1L classes) or the week prior? It's not listed on the HLS academic calendar for '14-'15.

No way I'm going to compete with HLS admits in pub trivia. I can't even hold a candle to NYU undergrads. I suck at piano, but I've done open mic nights before. Sounds like a lot of fun.
