Saw my first person browsing TLS in class today...I guess the sensation that we need to pay attention in class has worn off.

But I heard from a friend that this particular person had found a killer outline which explicated everything discussed in class. Given that, I think that person's behavior is wholly excusable. (LinkRemoved)

0L here but i am struck by how strong ethnic accent Kagan has in the video and she's preserved it despite studying, working for so long in the most prestigious institutions.

:? There aren't New Yorkers in prestigious institutions? Pretty sure there is one prestigious institution that's about 44% New Yorker.
