Stole this from the FB page, but am putting it in a daily schedule format for my fellow Section 3'ers:

Monday
10:20 - 11:40 | Civil Procedure | Rubenstein
3:20 - 4:40 | Torts | Hershovitz

Tuesday
10:20 - 11:40 | Civil Procedure | Rubenstein
3:20 - 4:40 | Torts | Hershovitz

Wednesday
10:20 - 11:40 | Civil Procedure | Rubenstein
1:10 - 2:40 | Criminal Law | Chacon
3:20 - 4:40 | Torts | Hershovitz

Thursday
9:50 - 11:50 | Property | Singer
1:10 - 2:40 | Criminal Law| Chacon
3:15 - 5:15 | Legal Research & Writing | Farbman (A) / Goldberg (B)

Friday
9:50 - 11:50 | Property | Singer
1:10 - 2:40 | Criminal Law| Chacon

NOTE (edited): Think we'll find out in the forthcoming Registrar's email whether we're in Group A or B for Legal Research & Writing?

I think it is just a matter of seizing power and proclaiming your title. That's how the commission has worked so far, and I'm not about to change the bylaws.

In sec 1, this is all very exciting!

Wondering if anyone knows when we can access syllabi so we can look for books?

I hereby proclaim myself the section 1 liaison to the section 5 drunken boardgame commission. I will obviously need to attend all meetings.

I hereby appoint myself Prime Minister of the Section 5 booze and boardgames commission.

As my first act as Prime Minister, all of Section 5 is invited to my boozy-board-game-mashup party next weekend, August 16th. There will be a keg of fresh, delicious IPA, meticulously and lovingly brewed by yours truly, the Prime Minister. PM me for details.

Your move, sections 1,2,3,4,6,7...

Also, when do I get to use images in my posts? I want to post some gifs already.
Noooo wait until the dorms open!
I refuse to miss the section 5 IPA board game throwdown (wait til orientation!)

edit: I was hasty. I will accept attending the second section 5 shenanigan party

FYI, I just spoke with the Coop and they didn't know section assignments had gone out today. I was told that the books listed on the web app might not be right. They suggested checking back on Tues....

Well, without my torts book (not listed yet) my Amazon total is currently $735.00. So that sucks.

Yep.

Choosing all "used rental" books from the COOP comes to around $425, again without Torts.

After doing a bit of research, renting from Amazon would definitely be the most cheapest way to go about it, no? I've rented one or two textbooks from there for undergrad and it was a straightforward process to return them.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
