Seems that way! I'm gonna call it and say this week's HH is on Thursday. Any location suggestions? Is Manhattan the more convenient borough for a weekday hangout (I am baselessly assuming most of us work in Manhattan)?
I'm going to leave next week's HH open for now in case more people chime in on Doodle. But as of right now, it's looking like it might be next Friday.
Anyone been to Botanica right off of Bleecker? Pretty cheap drinks and spacious.
Alternatively, bunch of places near 14th and 3rd ave. I work close by there

Midtown is good with me. Might be easiest for people coming from work anyway. Anybody have location ideas? I can't think of a place that's cheap and also not overcrowded...
On the other hand, the Hudson Hotel has some excellent cocktails, if a little pricey... what's another $30 in debt?
Also, on the cheaper side: Valhalla, Three Monkeys, or Rumours?

Midtowns so gross, but whatevs, I'll go with the consensus. Let me know where you guys settle on. When are we shooting for..I should be able to make it up there by 620-630.

I like the idea of Botanica fwiw... I'd vote somewhere uncrowded with cheap drinks over somewhere in midtown any day

I'll literally buy the first round of beers, and it will be like only $15 for me to cover everyone.

Awesome. I'm gonna call it on Botanica then, if no one objects? What time would should we meet... maybe 6:30?
Also, could everyone who's going chime in so we know how many to expect?

I'm in as well. I'll be the young-ish girl wearing a multicolored shirt and black boots/pants/cardigan (I guess I was in a dark mood this morning?).
And in the interest of fairness, I would suggest that next week's HH be in midtown.
PM for # and fb.

I'll be the short blonde girl in black most likely. Going to this NYU panel beforehand that my fellow cross-admits might be interested in: --LinkRemoved--

I'll be at the NYU panel too if you want to meet up! I'll be in a green sweater/grey jacket, black leggings and boots, black hair in a bun. Hope to see you there!

Anybody here traveling before law school starts? I'm saving up a little $ and trying to go to Asia for a few weeks (haven't booked anything yet though) wondering if anyone else had similar ideas.

I'm going to stick to traveling in the states. Bought megabus tickets this week to go throughout the midwest for 3 weeks, only cost me $20. I'm hoping to visit as many friends as I can before I disappear for 3 years.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
