I emailed someone in Financial Aid and got a response that it was being sent to the scholarship committee. Did you get any confirmation? If not I would check in and make sure they received it. I sent mine over a week ago and haven't gotten a response aside from confirmation that they received my request.

I never get good emails from them until like 5 or 6pm their time, and it's raining where I am on the east coast

I haven't personally, but some have received Dean's Fellowships that offer full tuition (with increases covered) and a guaranteed RA position with a teacher-mentor (if desired). I think that's as close to stipends as they come

The only actual stipend scholly is the Weber for people committed to PI. The new Dean's Fellowship guarantees a paid RA position, though.
