Corporate-to-Lit Switch and Clerkships
What about doing a clerkship to switch to lit after doing a couple years of transactional work?

Yes, doing a clerkship would be a great way to switch from corporate to lit, assuming you aren't too senior (e.g., I wouldn't try this move as a fifth-year, you're going to be pretty much locked in to transactional by that point) and assuming you're willing to potentially take a class year hit post-clerkship.
