EDNY Central Islip Judges

Postby Anonymous User » Tue Jan 08, 2019 5:21 pm

Currently a junior associate in a major market looking to move back to NY, specifically Long Island, where my SO is from. Finding it difficult to find information about the CI judges (i.e. Azrak, Bianco, Hurley, etc). Does anybody have experience working with any of these judges that they are willing to share?

Judge Bianco was nominated for 2nd Circuit, FYI. Unclear if he'll be moving chambers.

Azrack has chambers in both Brooklyn and CI, but predominately works out of Brooklyn. Consider applying to magistrates as well if you don't get any bites from district court judges.
