Clerks--

is a firm is more likely to be interested if a big case if before your judge?

on the one hand: you'll have to be screened from the case. on the other: the exception to negotiating for employment-- MPRC 1.12(b)-- exists to encourage the hiring of clerks.

Curious to hear feedback.
