How to address the members of a SSC collectively?

Postby Anonymous User » Sun Jul 21, 2013 5:58 pm

I'm applying to a SSC that runs a "pool" application system. Applicants apply to the court, not individual judges (although that happens on the "side" too). I'm wondering how to best address the court in the salutation and on the inside address. Here's what I'm thinking:

The Members of the Court
<<Name of the SSC>>
<<Address Line 1>>
etc...

Dear Members of the Court:

<<Body of letter>>

Any thoughts?

I would use their proper title.

"Dear Judges/Justices of the Supreme Court of FlyoverState"

Other than that, seems like the right idea.
