A judge I know had everything up and running 3 days after confirmation. He set everything up with clerks and support staff while waiting for the Senate to get off their asses. Of course, now that the process in the senate is now much easier, I'm assuming it might take them a little longer. A couple weeks or a month maybe?Anonymous User wrote:If a judge is newly appointed, how long does it take chambers to get up and running once confirmation is official?

Applications can be sent by mail to Judge McKay's chambers:Would you mind PMing me? I would like to know the best way to apply.
125 South State Street
Suite 6012
Salt Lake City, UT 84138.
You can also send an application via email. PM me if you need Judge McKay's email address.
Applications received by Friday, February 28, will be considered; applications received after that date may or may not be considered. Given the close deadline, email is probably the best way to apply.
