Q33 to the F. If you're at Dag, it's not bad at allsinfiery wrote:Any way to get from La Guardia to NYU with luggage better than taking a cab?
Hi again soon-to-be 1Ls! Now that your book lists are out and classes are starting next week, I wanted to remind you that my books are available on the cheap! Looking to get about $60 per book (would really love $75 for the torts, since it was purchased new last year, but I'm willing to negotiate) and I would be happy to toss in any supplements I have for each class.xlawschoolhopefulx wrote:If you google NYU Bookstore Search for a Book, it comes up. It lets you enter your Net ID and birthday and displays the courses you are taking and the required books for each of them. IIRC the books were available around mid-August last year, so they may not be up yet.beautyistruth wrote:I'm sure I'd be interested in at least some of those books if we had our textbook list. Does anybody know when/where we get that?
I am also looking to sell textbooks and supplements for 1L classes (Torts, Civ Pro, Crim, Contracts and LRS). All of them are used but considering that are in relatively good condition. Details below, PM if you're interested in buying!
Civil Procedure- Friedenthal- 10E (I also have the E&E and the Issacharoff Concepts and Insights book, which I highly recommend using)
Torts- Epstein- 10E (and E&E)
Contract Law and Theory- Scott- 4E (and E&E)
Criminal Law- Kadish- 9E (cut into 5 sections) (and E&E)
Thanks, I think I'll end up doing thisJamMasterJ wrote:Q33 to the F. If you're at Dag, it's not bad at allsinfiery wrote:Any way to get from La Guardia to NYU with luggage better than taking a cab?

Personally I'm a fan of one of the armchairs in the dungeon of the library (it's the area in the basement of furman). It's super quiet and dark back there, and it also tends to be less crowded.JamMasterJ wrote:second floor in Furmannextstep222 wrote:anyone have any suggestions for a place to powernap on campus if you're a commuter?
