I still think LC is overcharging us a bit but not by that much. You can't compare LC facilities with the average $800 a month apartment couple of blocks away that seriously needs refurbishing. I visited about 20 apartments and most of them looked trashed.
+1. I'm thinking the less distractions/hassles I have during 1L can only help
