Re: Columbia Class of 2016
Damn. Seriously? So far so good here, hope it's not a matter of time haha.
I might've stumbled upon assigned schedules though, although I don't know what corresponds to what. I was checking around for my ID number though, and found a potential class listing on the SSOL page:
https://ssol.columbia.edu/
If you guys log in and click "Student Schedule" under the "Academic Records" section, what class does it show? Mine reads, "REGI L0002 sec 001." Are these our actual sections or is that just a placeholder value before we get our schedules at Orientation?
Haha I guess what I'm asking is does anyone have a different section listed than mine?

For those that have moved in, what's the procedure for that? Do we go to the Housing Office (401 W 119th) to give them the information/photos and pick up our key? Thanks so much, and can't wait to see all of you soon!

Yes and no. You do go to the housing office where you give them your pictures and sign some forms (fairly quick and painless). To pick up the keys though, you go to your apartment and get them from the super.moonman157 wrote:For those that have moved in, what's the procedure for that? Yeah I just tried searching for this for a few minutes. Perhaps the map comes up tomorrow when we can actually reserve the lockers.txdude45 wrote:"For your reference, a map of the locker area is available online."

Honestly, I just grabbed the number I wanted because hell if I know where the best location is. But the map is up with selection if anyone has a better grasp of which rooms they want their locker slightly closer to than I did.Sgt Pepper wrote:Locker site is live early if anyone cares

So there's no way to know just based on the number whether its top or bottom, right?

According to this it sounds like even numbers are on the bottom and odd ones are on top, but the guy doesn't seem too sure.

Seems like I can't get back to the map once I requested my locker. Can anyone tell me approximately where 1102 is?

I vaguely remember it being in the top left-ish portion of the map.

I really should have walked around the law school last week looking at locker numbers... This selection felt very overwhelming!

If I make sure to always take the Skadden Stairs that'll guarantee me a callback, right?
