I signed a lease for an Ivy apartment, but I just had to give up my seat at U Va for unforeseen reasons. Looking for someone to transfer year-long lease to which begins on July 20. It's one bedroom with den and balcony. Check out Craigslist link (--LinkRemoved--). PM me if interested.

Might want to re-title this thread something along the lines of "UVa apartment"...

Unsolicited advice: I'd recommend browsing for a while before posting and get the swing of things. You're likely to get shredded if you don't have a thick skin and the ability to launch swift counterattacks.
