Super stoked! I never bothered to take myself out of the Class of 2014 FB group and from what I've seen, people are usually friendly and helpful in terms of giving tips, forming interest groups, selling/buying used books, etc. But I think it's about time I leave so I don't feel like a lurker, lol. Does anyone know if there is a Class of 2015 FB group?

I talked to Fin Aid this morning, both in regards to some questions about LIPP and how they calculate stuff. If its complicated and you are nervous trying to work out a budget, I'd recommend calling them. I have a better feel now for how things will be calculated vs. at Yale, Stanford, etc.

That being said...based on my calculations, I'm back to being up in the air regarding where I'm going to end up :( Its complicated enough though that I could be doing it totally wrong lol!

Did anyone get a confirmation email after registering for the March ASW?

Yay, welcome to the party!! :D Btw, I called the admissions office and they apparently said there is no confirmation email for registering for ASW...they had me on the list anyway.

Does anyone know if it is possible to stay with a host during the ASW? I want to go to visit but dont want to pay 600 dollars for a hotel.

Yes, they'll give you the opportunity to sign up a week or two in advance, but not everyone who asked for a host was matched with one. It was a great experience for me so I'd highly recommend signing up.

Can someone post the full April 14-16 ASW schedule please? Also, do you have to attend all 3 days to get the stipend (I might have to miss the first day).

Much appreciated.

It comes with the package. It should be in there somewhere. I'd re-check and email if it's not there. It's titled "Deposit or Withdrawal Form" with a little barcode underneath the heading.

Question-- if I enroll at Harvard, I don't have to withdraw from Yale's waitlist, right? My understanding is that the withdrawal clause only applies to actual admission offers; is that correct?

Thanks!

Terry Terrace would be a dream...if I can find a roommate and/or a studio is not outrageously priced.

Hoping for university apartments - found a roommate at ASW, thankfully! If lottery numbers are insufficient, we'll most likely look for a nice off-campus apartment. We'll see what happens when lottery numbers come out.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
