How does everyone organize their "study" time? Would this be common?
1. Read cases for next day
2. Work on outline from today's classes
3. Read supplements and work problems from today's classes.

Re: typical day in the life of a law student
I found it difficult to "work on outline from today's classes." I found myself just writing my notes into my outline and not condensing it how an outline should be. I would usually wait until we finished a section before adding it to an outline.username1 wrote:How does everyone organize their "study" time? Would this be common?

I don't even start my outlines until 1/2 way through the semester. This way it functions as a review of the material from the beginning of the semester. I try to outline at 2X the speed of the lessons, so that I finish right as the semester ends.
