Online Case Summaries
Because I apparently have way too much time on my hands, I spent part of Xmas break transcribing all the case summaries I wrote for class last semester into a web site.
so far, it's only got Civil Procedure, Contracts, and Constitutional Law 1, but more classes will be added as I take them.
Here's the URL:
http://www.invispress.com/law
It's free. No popups.

The site has been updated with new cases. It now contains cases for:
Contracts, Property, Torts, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law I, Decedent's Estates, and Professional Responsibility.

Another source
Some of my law school buddies and I enjoy Mike Shecket's website. He's posted his notes and outlines.

Re: Online Case Summaries
I'm bumping this for all the new 1Ls...
My Law School Case Briefs (http://www.invispress.com/law/) site has been updated. It now contains cases for:
Administrative Law
Civil Procedure
Constitutional Law I
Contracts
Criminal Justice (aka Criminal Procedure)
Criminal Law
Decedent's Estates (aka Wills & Trusts)
Evidence
Environmental Law
Family Law
Lawmaking (aka Statutory Interpretation)
Professional Responsibility
Property
Torts
Still 100% free, so if you don't find it useful, you've nothing to complain about.

Re: Online Case Summaries
Just to bump this for some of the new 1Ls.
I've added Constitutional Law II and International Law. I also went back and completely rewrote most of the cases from Constitutional Law I since I wasn't happy with the way they were originally done. so now it's got:
Administrative Law
Civil Procedure
Constitutional Law I
Constitutional Law II
Contracts
Criminal Justice (aka Criminal Procedure)
Criminal Law
Decedent's Estates (aka Wills & Trusts)
Evidence
Environmental Law
Family Law
International Law
Lawmaking (aka Statutory Interpretation)
Professional Responsibility
Property
Torts

Thanks for your site; I partially owe my A in Con Law to your notes. They saved me a lot of time.

Bookmarked. Thank you for sharing; these will be an excellent guide to my own summaries.
By the way, you seem like one of the coolest people in the world: nuclear engineer, blogger, comic strip writer, frustrated and self-deprecating novelist, magnanimous law student, and intelligence analyst. You rock.
I chuckled at this one.

Re: Online Case Summaries
Once again, bumping this thread for the new 1Ls.
And also, the site now contains cases for Tax Law I, and Natural Resources Law (aka Federal Land Use).
If you like the site, tell a friend. It gets lots of hits, but 99% of those hits are coming from google, very few people have mentioned in their blog/twitter/facebook/etc. Impress your friends by being one of the first to talk about it!

Re: Online Case Summaries
Bless you. Just in time for my first cold call yesterday, used it to supplement my own notes and made it out alive!
