Hello,

I'm looking for an outline for Professor Miller's Corporate Finance class. Professor Miller teaches at NYU and Iowa (https://law.uiowa.edu/robert-t-miller), if anyone happens to have an outline or could put me in contact with someone who might have an outline I would be very grateful.

I checked NYU's generic outline bank as well as the Law Women outline bank, couldn't find anything. Good luck tracking something down!
