Supplement for M&A?

Post by Nekrowizard » Sat Feb 06, 2016 4:13 pm

Do they even make anything about this worth reading? The class doesn't even have a casebook (or cases so far, really). There's a Nutshell (Oesterle) and a Concepts and Insights (Bainbridge) deal that I've seen. Anybody read either one?

This isn't quite a supplement, but I found it pretty helpful when I was in an M&A course last year.

+1 to the above. I basically spewed parts of this verbatim on policy questions and absolutely crushed my M&A exam. Honestly likely worth reading cover to cover.
