Contracts Q: Can 2-207 and 2-202 go together?

May be a dumb question: But, say 2-207(2) knocks out contradictory terms on confirmatory memoranda, can parties then go through 2-202 to try and have those terms added?

they'd have a pretty hard time convincing a judge the terms were part of the original agreement if they were added after the acceptance and knocked out but i'm sure theoretically they could

Ok, thanks. That's basically all I said. I just threw it in after my 2-207 analysis, and it hit me right after the exam that maybe they weren't compatible.
