Rising 2L, Drop Out?

At a T30, GPA below median, slightly above a 3.0 on a 3.25 curve. Official rankings haven't released yet, so not able to estimate class rank. Not BigLaw or bust, would be happy with litigation at a small/midsize firm or with PD/DA work. Is that possible with my GPA or should I just drop out?

That decision can't be made in a vacuum. What are your other options? How much debt are you in? How much more will you incur by staying in? Etc.

Other option is to try to get a Master's in Finance Degree and seek a business job. Currently in 25K of debt, will be in 75-80K of debt at graduation.

With your goals and debt load, there's no need to drop out. Just get out there and network your GPA is fine for what you want to do

My main concern is how do you not know whether you want to be an Ass't DA or a Public Defender ?

Law school GPA typically is not relevant for either career path unless seeking a Federal DOJ position.
