It's been a while since I was last on this site, but I got my SA housing in NYC through here so figured I would pay it forward. I've recently moved away from NYC to come back home, but still have a great 1BR in the Gramercy/Kips Bay area. There's tons of restaurants, grocery stores, bars and even a movie theater within just 2 blocks or so! The place is available starting the beginning of May all the way through the end of July. I can even maintain the place furnished if you like--or not, whatever you prefer!
