All,

I'm at Penn, and have a professor named Berman who recently moved from UT Austin. He's teaching Con Law this semester. Has anyone from UT had him for this class? If so, any advice and/or outlines would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Get Chemerinsky's Con Law treatise. Berman will probably recommend it on his syllabus anyway, but you definitely want to grab it. I didn't pick it up until I started studying for his final, but I wish I had read it throughout the course.

Awesome. Thanks so much. Do you happen to have any old exams, by chance?

Outlines would probably be most useful.
