Corporations Exam

What are strategies and methods of getting an edge on a corporations exam? I don't mean "knowing the rules" or even "knowing how they interact based on different fact patterns," because everyone knows the law to a certain degree, and pretty much everyone knows the main arguments made in cases. Looking for strategies specific to corporate law. Thanks.
