Hi all!
Does anybody know if it is possible to auto-generate an index of every single word in your outline without doing it manually? i.e. I use the word "mitigation" on pages 1, 7, 21, 48 etc. Thank you!

Don't have outlines so long that you need an index or table of contents. Use ctrl + f and click a few times.

Thanks! The thing is my outline will be printed out next to me and the Exam program will be on the computer so Ctrl f isn't an option.

I assume OP wants this for an open-note exam where he's going to use his outline. I make very basic TOCs/indexes for open note exams so I can quickly flip to the right part of my outline if necessary to get a rule/case name during the exam. Can't exactly use ctrl + f with a printed outline.arklaw13 wrote:Don't have outlines so long that you need an index or table of contents. Use ctrl + f and click a few times.

Make it your goal to get your outline down to 20 pages or less if you have time before the exam. Long outlines can work alright if you have laptop access, but they can be a huge time sink with closed laptop exams. If it's too late for that, it's understandable. Protip for the future, though, short outlines are almost always better than long ones.
