Does anyone have a good contracts II outline?

My professor completely relies on the restatements and UCC. We cover almost no case law. I was wondering if anyone has or knows where to get a good outline for contracts II that has the restatements and UCC reworded in a clear and concise manner. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a relatively decent one with short blurbs on the relevant sections of the UCC/RST. PM me.
