Objectively, the correct answer is the one that pays you more money. The "prestige" difference between the two is arguably negligible.

1. If you want to clerk, you can still still extern during the school year to nab a recommendation/resume line from a judge.

2. If you're leaning corporate/transactional, working in-house for the company is probably a better call. It could provide an easier angle to work during OCI.

I say take the $$$.
