Labor law research difficulties

Post by glabuz » Fri Jan 24, 2014 2:13 pm

An Indiana court has declared a right-to-work law as being unconstitutional. Does anyone know of any other state declaring a right-to-work law unconstitutional? (does not matter how old the case is)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a mediocre researcher and haven't been able to find anything.

Wisconsin back in '11 I believe. And it would be "that has declared" if you're interested in past cases as well.
