I know I asked this before recently, but I've narrowed down to conlaw ii vs admin. I prefer issue spotting exams, and will be taking corporations at the same time. I also prefer to learn from supplements. Any advice? The effect on my schedule will be about the same

Thanks....I guess i'm maybe letting my previous experiences with con law I ruin my "appetite" for con law ii. I guess I just don't look forward to writing an exam discussing what scalia ate that affected his vote in a certain case, as opposed to a good old fashioned issue spotter. OTOH, admin is con law "like" from other things I hear. I'm just not sure...

Treat it as a structured class and it will amazingly become structured. Force yourself to stick to a more rigid line of argumentation. Scrutiny prongs, specific arguments and counter arguments, and self-made planned lines of argument.

The self-made lines I am thinking of are something like, history -> precedent -> current societal norms. Something like that. You can make it a lot less wishy washy. Just attack each issue like you are writing a brief on behalf of a client and not like you are writing a poly sci theoretical paper.
