Agency, Partnerships and LLCs

For anyone who has taken this class, which book would you recommend besides the E&E for preparation. The Gilbert's series has a book on this subject that I'll probably get. Is it basically just a compilation of briefs from the textbook? Anyone had experience with this series in general?
