I am interested in researching for a law review article that deals with the adverse effects of 3rd and 4th tier schools accepting URMs. What I mean by this is, these schools accept URMs with lower GPAs and LSATs than their non-URM peers, and still have to compete, without a handicap, to not get kicked out of these schools. However, I have had a difficult time finding information on the demographics of students who are part of involuntary attrition. Does the ABA keep track of any type of demographics that could help me here? I know schools track the demographics of an entering class, but I can't even seem to find the demographics of a graduating class, let alone 2L or transfer demographics. Thank you for any information you may give.
