Probably very true... Thank ya.

I'm trying to get it up and at least go over everything/clean up my outline. At least it's open book this time.

We have a review tomorrow and she has lots of practice tests so I can at least cram those tomorrow after the review and hopefully end up okay.

This is a class I felt better about during the semester so fingers crossed

I'm so jealous of your practice tests. None of my professors have old exams :(

This. It's really okay to give your brain some time off. You'll be fresh to work tomorrow and you'll get a lot done. I've felt the same way, and I felt especially bad when other people in my section were talking about how much work they got done, but you have to do you. If you need a break from the material, take it. I also don't think it's that much of an advantage to sit in front of screen and do very little work for hours on end -- most of these people aren't working. That's what I've observed.

Torts exam done. Gonna go grab some food and a beer or two, then maybe take a nap, then do some light studying this evening. One step closer to being done with the first semester.

Wasted two days after the K's exam. 19 hours to learn Crim.

Let's do it.

Still though, statutory interp, how does it work.

I would be way too drunk to type right now if I was you. Shit I've already got my ride lined up for the last day of finals, I'm gonna make it rain on the bar with property flashcards.

Just tried to go over an old torts exam, and I'm just completely locking up. Uggggh. Thought this would be one of the "easier" ones.

Having a full on melt down. I literally have no idea how to start writing my torts exam answer. Panic mode.

I've got plenty of issues spotted in the exams, but I don't know how to start writing. I know what issues I want to talk about, I just can't figure out how to fit everything all together and write the damn thing.

Torts professor just e-mailed us the exact layout of the exam, time allotments, stuff like that. One fact pattern with six questions, and a second with only one, so I'm assuming the first one is gonna be the big multi-party tort-orgy I've been practicing. I'm still kinda stuck on how to write my answer though. Causation isn't really a problem, was D's conduct cause-in-fact/proximate cause, damages is easy too, I'm honestly just mixed up with breach and duty and the concept of negligence. I get what they all mean, just writing an answer is a pain. I've seen some model answers where people are just stating the cause of action, and then they list issues with the cause, but it doesn't seem to necessarily be in any duty-breach-causation-damages way. pls someone give me a system I'm illiterate tier 2 scum

This is exactly what is going through my head right now. Like, just give me a jerb. Any jerb at all will do.
