Starting a law journal - tips

I was hoping for some help starting a law journal. Currently, we have five [1 online]. However, I am looking to start one focusing on Constitutional Law and Public Policy. I am a member of our Federalist society and have garnered a large amount of support. We also have a good public policy program.
What tips do you have for this process? I am in the planning stages to get this off the ground. I will be setting up meetings with the Dean, law review editor, and a few Con. Law/Civil liberties professors for support, but logistically speaking, could use some pointers as to where to go from there.
