Yeah bro. Blind as a bat. I said midnight because a dean at Albany Law (who's apparently on BOLE) emailed the Class of '13 saying midnight. I've seen the email.

Not blind: When I went on the website, I didn't see the Notice because it originally took me to http://www.nybarexam.org/Default.html. Get rid of the Default.html and you should see what everyone else sees.

My email was from 9:15, but they trickled out. I think the private results link worked for everyone though.

I've also seen the email from the Albany Dean. It says "We have been informed that the July 2013 NY bar exam results will be released around midnight TONIGHT. . . . The public pass list will be posted on the Board of Law Examiners website sometime tomorrow afternoon."
