How does returning books work if you need to retake with Barbri? Will they send you another set? (wait, they do give free retakes if you fail, right?)

Yes if you did 85% of the course this year or something. You pay a new deposit

Will the February books be updated? Do they change the books in between July and February?

Lol @ Barbri asking at the end of the survey whether they can publish my comments. I doubt their marketing people want any of my comments anywhere near their advertisements.

Lol I saw that too. Based on the MBE, I think Barbri is going to have some disgruntled customers.

Barbri's mistake is having people fill out the survey before everyone finds out whether they passed. when half the people on TLS end up with like 160+ scaled MBEs, they'll reevaluate their "barbri/kaplan/themis didn't prepare me at all for the MBE" shtick

PSA: You must postmark barbri books by Aug 30 to get your deposit back.

What's Barbri's incentive for buying the books back? Is it that they don't want any Barbri books lying around?
