Any thoughts on the best way to learn this from scratch in 2 days?

Acing BA. I found this class to be super-intuitive, so get Acing BA, an old outline, and think hard about the questions. Two rules in BA: realize where you are, once you do that, you also realize that there are only like three or four choices on what type of law/step to take.

Awesome -- thanks for the reply. I like that the class covers distinct topics, so that it's hard to hide the issues. And last final = slightly less care about getting curve pwned.

I seriously owe whatever GW student/grad posted all their outlines -- have relied on them many a time throughout 1L and 2L.

Anyway, there's a good checklist and outline over there: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=82410
