crunchtime property: typos in RAP flowcharts?

I was looking at the crunchtime property flowcharts for RAP and noticed that some of the bubbles are labelled:
"The executory interest does not violate the RAP and is therefore invalid."
also, to the same question, the other possibility is "The executory interest violates the RAP and is therefore invalid."
this is on page 13 of the 2nd edition
Am I completely missing something, or is there a typo? If the interest does not violate the RAP, shouldn't it be valid (instead of invalid as the flowchart says)?
