Federal CL procedures

Postby phillyboy101 » Wed May 01, 2013 12:41 am

I was just trying to think of some of the main examples of federal common law procedures (i.e. uncodified) that could pop up in an unguided erie situation. All i can think really of is preclusion and possibly twobly/iqbal.
