Fairly sure latest revision published is 2006. If you want to be lazy, cite to USCA or USCS. If you want to be thorough, cite to USC (2006) and, if the section has been amended since 2006, the supplement volume reflecting the change (we're up to V on the 2006 code).

Here is the GPO website that contains the various versions of the US Code in PDF format. For citation purposes, you need to consider the hard copy editions. As the previous poster noted, the full code is printed every six years, then each year there's a supplement that contains whatever provisions have since been amended. The hard copies don't come out until the year after their apparent date. That is, the 2006 edition didn't come out until early 2007, the 2009 supplement didn't come out until early 2010. Even though we're nearing the end of March 2013, I'm pretty sure the 2012 edition (which will be the full code) still hasn't come out.

Yep, don't just cite what it says on Westlaw or Lexis because that is referring to the U.S.C.A. or U.S.C.S. which are the Lexis/Westlaw reporting services, not the officially published Code as referenced in Bluebook Rule 12.
