does anyone know what words have to be capitalized?

does anyone know what words have to be capitalized?

hey guys

is it specified in the bluebook what words we need to capitalize in a title?

or in general, assuming you have a title, what words get capitalized vs not? i have an idea of what words but a lot of words
are a bit unclear

anyone know this?

Rule 8 has the guidelines. I don't believe they have a comprehensive list of words that should be capitalized in the Bluebook.

Rule 8(a) (p. 84):

(a) Headings and titles. Capitalize words in a heading or title, including the initial word and any word that immediately follows a colon. Do not capitalize articles, conjunctions, or prepositions when they are four or fewer letters, unless they begin the heading or title, or immediately follow a colon.
