For me, fed courts was the hardest. To make matters worse, I had a prof that, while very smart, wasn't great at conveying the concepts. Plus the class attracted all of the gunners.

Banking and Financial Institutions - Admin, Fed Courts, Tax, etc. were all fairly simple compared to that course.

Admin. 100% Admin. My favorite class in law school, but this final has me sweating harder than the night before the LSAT.

Re: Hardest classes in law school?
It depends on the professor. The hardest topic on the bar is property. Nevertheless, the level of difficulty of a class is more contingent on the professor then the actual material. For example, I bombed my contracts final. However, since my professor graded on a curve, my final grade was a B-. On the other hand, I had a sadistic professor who turned con law, a fairly straightforward course, into pure torture. I received a D in that class.
