What did you do to prepare? Knowing that would be a helpful starting point. However, without knowing anything, I'd guess that you probably did not take enough sample tests with model answers. Try that. Or do LEEWs.

Assuming torts is a straight issue spotting race horse, make sure you know the elements of all torts and privileges that the prof teaches. Then practice hypos like nobodies business to get your speed up. First apply the tort, then any privilege secondly. Get all of the points you can for the check list.
