help with a basic citation issue

when we cite statutes

do we have to italicize anything?

Yes. In my LRW statements of facts required a citation after every sentence (facts came from somewhere, right?). If you quote cases/statutes in anything else, cite it.

I guess it varies from school to school. My LWR professor didn't want citations in the questions presented, brief answers, or statement of facts parts. He did want them in the discussions sections and conclusion section.
