Good Property Supp for Policy?

Post by dietcoke0 » Sun Nov 18, 2012 1:27 pm

My prof loves going balls deep into policy, and kind of slacked off noticing it for first half of semester. Anyone know of a good prop supp that talks a bit about policy?

Understanding Property Law is very good at explaining policies & rationales.

Just remember that MANY of your classmates will inevitably get the trust & estate and RAP problems incorrect on an exam; that's where you can separate from the curve, so don't forsake understanding these for the sake of learning policy.

Thanks for the recommendation.
